Dear Ladies and Gentlemen

the Austrian federal government has decided with the 3rd COVID-19-measures decree the introduction of the 3G-rule at the place of work as of November 1st, 2021, whereas a transition period was valid up to and including November 14th, 2021. The Schneckenreither group of companies also supports the current measures to contain the Corona virus in Austria. To this end, we also instruct the carriers and partners we use to implement these current measures in Austria. The shortage of drivers, which has already existed for a long time, and the still very tense situation of the cargo space situation therefore pose a particular challenge, especially the short-term introduction of the 3G rule at the place of work.

Since in the 3rd COVID-19 measures regulation there is an exception to the 3G rule explicitly for professional drivers, we would like to point out in this context that we as a transport and logistics service provider cannot guarantee complete compliance with the 3G rule by the driving personnel of the carriers and partners we use at the present time.

We ask for your understanding that we have to reject at this point any additional costs or claims for damages that may be asserted against us as a result.
