For forwarding services, only the General Austrian Freight Forwarders’ Conditions(AÖSp) in the latest version (published in the official journal Wiener Zeitung) apply, for transport services in international and national road freight traffic, the CMR, with the AÖSp also being agreed. According to Art. 31 CMR, Antwerp, Amsterdam and Lisbon are agreed as places of jurisdiction.
